We were in search of an alternative to the pub fare so abundant on Rue Saint-Jean in Old Quebec City and gave this place a try. It was a bit hard to find as it is off the street and the sign at the street...said Club Casablanca. The wait staff was welcoming and helped us select plates to share. The service was quick and we were never rushed. The tagine and couscous dishes were good, if a bit under-seasoned to our taste. The prices and portions were reasonable. Home cooking, not gourmet fare. Certainly worth a look if you are looking to avoid tge poutine, burgers and other pub fare.
