I've been meaning to dine at Alo since they opened in 2015. Reservations are tough to get but it was worth the wait. I was thrilled to be there. The ambiance was chic, sexy and elegant. The FOOD...ooohhhh the food! It was an unbelievable journey for your taste buds - the dishes were simply...exquisite. The appreciation for the food and all of its fine nuances was especially apparent in the assembly and plating. And of course the service! The best service I have ever received in a restaurant. I felt like I was transported to a sexy gastronomic parallel world. It's no wonder they are the No.1 restaurant in Canada. I can't wait to dine there again soon!
