Monarch is located on Main St. The area is not the nicest but there are several good restaurants and dive bars in the area. The decor is a bit odd as this place used to be a night club. Burgers and drinks are all ordered...at the bar. They give you a number to take to your table. The main seating is a number of communal high top and booths along an elevated platform. A number of tables had reservations with time. If you have a group of people to get together for beers and burgers, call ahead. Projection TV and monitors showing sports. Can be loud. Selection of pin ball machines, pool table and basketball hoop game. Perfect for people who need distractions so they don’t have to have deep conversations. Burger itself was tasty, toasted buns, fresh. Will go back again for a reasonably priced beer and burger.
