Rebar is one of our favorite places in Victoria. We went back last weekend and were not disappointed. The salmon burger I had was amazing. The only slight knock was the Caesar they made us. It used to be on the menu and was called...Diablo, now it's on their "secret menu" (oops). I think the bartender forgot a few key ingredients and it was spicy as hell, we could barely drink it. But they were really nice about making it for us, and the service was just incredible overall.
