My boyfriend & I took my two kids out for dinner last Friday night, upon arrival there was a loud, large group in the middle of the restaurant so we took a booth towards the back for some quiet and to get away from the...language! We waited for 25 minutes before a waitress even looked our way after she was serving this table for the 6th time! We watched the rest of the staff chat and hang out at the bar, look out into the parking lot, anything but work! Finally once our waitress came over she was nice but did the bare minimum to serve us. We would have left if we didn't have a GC that was expiring the next day. Our food was actually out pretty quick and was ok. 1 lb of wings was only 7 wings and my daughter ended up eating off of our plates just to get full. We had to use the pop machine at the back to refill our own drinks as that wasn't even offered. Another group came in and moved all the tables together and basically took over the back half of the restaurant, we could barely hear across the table once the second group was in and we had to ask them to move a bit so we could even leave. I asked the waitress to speak to the manager, she left, came back and said he was too busy in the back to speak to me is there anything I can do? I told her all of the above stating that if we aren't regulars or a large group then they don't pay attention to you! This is the second time this has happened to us and we will not be returning. She didn't seem too surprised when we explained this to her and said she's heard that before!More
