Well, it's Valentine's and dinner had to be done right - so I ordered take-away from Betula! Picked up our order at the side window and quickly stashed it in our insulated Costco bag for the quick trip home. Once home, it was a quick...unpack and plate, then serve the meal, which was absolutely fabulous! Here are the details. We started with the Arugula salad with goat's cheese and beets - a really smooth & tasty salad dressing completed this great starter. Moving on, mains included some of the tastiest short ribs I've ever had, with jus, glazed carrots and croquettes. Portion sizes were generous and the flavours were amazing. We were stuffed! Dessert consisted of 2 chocolate terrine (to which we added strawberries and ice cream.) All in all, a fabulous meal for 2 that made the evening very special - thanks again, Betula - we'll be back again, for sure!More
