After tasting their Amazing Salads, I know where to go when I am on a diet!! Since its a warm day and we didn't really feel like anything heavy, we decided to try their Green Papaya Salad with Beef Jerky, and I ordered my new...found favourite : Free Range Chicken Pho. The Salad came first and wow, the presentation is great and it is so FRESH!! The dressing is just right with all the right elements! Perfect balance of saltiness from the fish sauce, tartness from the lime juice, natural sweetness from the different vegetables, and of course the natural crunch from the green papaya!! After finishing our first salad, we thought we would also try the Chicken Feet Salad, with a different texture altogether, this has cucumber, jicama, bean sprouts, carrots, boneless chicken feet, this is another salad that will make you want to eat more, I added some of their homemade pickled Garlic & Chilli and it elevated the whole dish!! Now that I have tried their salads too, I am very confident to award them with an extra Star!!More
