Went through the drive thru and specified "fresh" fries. They had me pull over and wait which I don't mind. I live a block away, got home, fries were cold and dry, maybe two fresh ones in there. This is the second time. Not sure...if they think its a big joke because its a drive through and most people will not go back. Called them, no apology, just said come back and we will give you fresh ones. Why? why not when I requested them. Do you guys just sit back and laugh about it after customers go through? I will never recommend this location to anyone. Why should I spend more time and gas going back when I specificly asked for what I wanted to begin with.
