We went for my birthday during restaurant week and the choices were so original I was savouring every bite trying to guess the ingredients. The gin tonic sorbet with the salmon tartare was quite surprising as was the « meat soup » for our entrees. We used...the wine pairing option which came to the same price as sharing a bottle but better suited for each service. The maple mousse for desert was so superb :) I can’t wait to go back! Try to get a seat near the big window for a great view.
