We had a reservation for 10 people tonight. The reception who was responsible to check the vaccinations and welcoming was severely aggressive based on our race. She was extremely rude. Yelling at us. Even though we all had our full vaccination proofs and IDs, she...refused to let us in with no reasonable explanation ! It was a big shock for us. She kept yelling at our 4 years old kid and made her really frightened. She also wave us away with wild hand gestures like we are from another planet (we all live in Canada)!!!! Our reservation was for 7:30 Saturday 6th of November. We chose to drive to Amsterdam brewery where everyone was respectful and the service was great. For sure we will never come back to three brewers again despite we used to like it. Train your staff better!More
