This place could be great. Food has improved from 7 years ago when I last chewed into rubber band calamari. However bartender /management should look into customer service and how you actually provide that in a professional manner. It appears quite an unpleasant environment is...being supported making it very difficult for servers to actually do their job and keep customers happy. If a customer has an allergy, but your bartender finds they are unable to easily switch a juice out in a drink.. who are you making happy here? Your bartending ego? Your unopened cans of tom. juice? Your manager? Certainly not your servers. And certainly not the customer.
