The ramen was better than I expected! Noodles were nice and thick (not too thick) and perfectly cooked. The soft boiled egg was the best one I've ever had, and the chicken broth was rich and flavorful. I've only had pork broth until now and...the chicken does not disappoint. The bowl looked small but I had trouble finishing. Probably wouldn't order with exta meat unless you are very hungry. The server was also impressive as most Asian restaurants don't provide much service at all. Make sure you visit this Main St location Marutama Gaiden) as the other locations (Marutama) are NOT the same. I wouldn't even know they were the same company as the menus are different but have the same name for dishes. Even my mother who is extremely picky really enjoyed her meal.
