Had a pizza delived with no sauce as pizza 73 usual so I called an got another delivered, 1hr 45 minutes it took from the start of this to get a pizza with sauce on it, the driver was not happy to see me an...acting like I lied about the pizza having no sauce so I had too shower him an lifted all the cheese an toppings up too no surprise there was almost no sauce on this hole pizza. A few spots of sauce in a few places. He took the pizza an gave me my pizza but I was insulted in a way by having to go threw the whole pizza too prove my point. I called customer service today as my quest left yesterday in the long wait for the pizza with sauce oh an I did ask for extra sauce asni always do at pizza 73 as it's always like that with not enough sauce. Any way the first guy was nice an said he cant do anything for me so I asked to speak to a manager thinking he our she would be able to give some kind of discount our customer service for the bad experience an it was a straight no an rude tone inwas getting from randy an after I said I'm not happy with that a customer of 20 years our more an I'll not be ordering pizza 73 any more I got a 5 dollar credit that I thought was not really anything after the experience me an my quest's went through, they went home still hungry after the wait was too long for the new pizza. Randy started to getmloud on the phone like hes a tuff guy an I told him too go f himself am inwent be ording there any more to prove a point the customer is always right an they dont care to make a 20 year customer happy so there less.i hope randy gets fired as there is a review of the call happening now.
