We got caught up over very tasty tomato soup followed by a delicious steak-frites and a bottle of wine. Our server adapted to our slow spirits as we relaxed to perfectly timed service. We'll done Absinthe. It is great to experience the same great food...and service that we have come to expect. And we loved that we could chit-chat to our hearts' content.
