We went to Cuchillo for my husband's birthday with 10 people and the experience was fantastic. I made a reservation and the restaurant suggested a tasting menu for $35pp which came with a lot of food and gave us a diverse sampling of the menu....All the dishes were incredibly flavourful and unique. We especially loved the brussel sprouts, steak taco and prawn/arepa dish. The cocktails were also amazing and highly recommended! I love the ambiance and decor of the restaurant and the service was on point. Our food and drinks came out in good intervals, our server was attentive but not overly attentive - our water was always filled and our dishes cleared when we were finished. The entire dining experience was perfect for a group celebration. Thank you Cuchillo and we will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!More
