We have been Red Robin fans for many years but this was the first time we visited this location - and the last time. This place was so bad we couldn’t stop laughing! It was a 45 minute wait to get a table. The table...they sat is at was absolutely soaked with some liquid. Half of the seats were so wet they would have soaked our pants right through. The floor had a half inch of a wet fluid full of ice cubes. I insisted on sitting somewhere else instead which split up our group but was much drier. The server was friendly and apologized for the long wait times, the lack of forks (the restaurant had run out of forks), and the overall state of chaos in the restaurant. She gave us free fries but we waited a long time for everything. The food was mediocre - my chicken burger was super dry - maybe deep fried hours before. Fries were good as ever. The restaurant,overall, was totally grimy - tables full of dirty dishes everywhere and sticky floors and plexiglass dividers. Our server was gracious - but obviously they are struggling. Management needs to step up or likely they will wilt into a filthy demise.
