I ordered the blt wrap and fries through Skip the dishes.The wrap was wet and STILL FROZEN. So Fyi they don't actually cook the food. The fries were very soggy as well. Usually the fries are good there so I don't know they were so...bad. I called the restaurant asking for a refund. First I spoke to a man, then a lady. She said If I come to the restaurant she can do something for me. I went through the drive through with the FOOD. The man says I can only get a refund through skip the dishes... I asked him why the lady told me I had to come to the restaurant. He said I don't know I will talk to her. I also made note that I paid for the delivery, tipped the driver and the whole point of skip is so you DON'T have to drive. I called the restaurant back and asked the lady WHY she told me I have to go to the restaurant. She said she didn't realize it was a skip order... I told her that if she can't help a customer with a skip order.... she should ask the customer. I asked her how to I complain to to Swiss Chalet ... she didn't know. Overall the bad food was one thing,, but the total lack of problem solving was what made me upset. I am sure going to bring food back to a restaurant is a common thing... I guess they think that is a way to avoid a resolving a complaint.
