i have received in the mail a ten dollar gift card from Tim Hortons after finding a hair in my donut. Very unhappy with the response. this might have been acceptable if they had done this right away. but it took a month ,,,,,, The...manager called , again did not accept responsibility and the ten dollars took over a month for a response from them. they can take their ten dollars and shove it. also not acceptable to giggle when addressing a clients complaint. See ya Timmy's . Ya can keep your gift card, ya can keep your hairy donuts and your giggles ! This is not any way to treat your customers.
