Yes, this resto. is small, but oh my...what goes on in the kitchen is totally amazing. Chef Andrea Carlson is one of the most creative chefs in Canada...locally sourced, sustainable ingredients are the order of the day. The level of preparation and presentation are unusual...and simply gorgeous! My niece and I went for Sunday brunch in September and the place was hopping...luckily I knew to make a reservation! The chef's version of avocado toast was fabulous...served with cashew curd...I could eat that every day! The restaurant features Naturalist wines and has a very interesting cocktail programme. Chef Andrea has just had her very first "cookbook" released and it's beautiful...you just might want to check it out!More
