Not sure what is wrong with this restaurant. Their website states that they are open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday from 11 to 5. I made a reservation for today at 12:30 and it was confirmed. But when we drove the considerable distance involved...for both of us, we found that the restaurant was not open for lunch. What has happened to customer service? The restaurant will not enjoy our custom forthwith nor will they have any positive reviews from me or my guest. I emailed the restaurant when we arrived at their closed door, and the person who confirmed my reservation blamed staff. No compensation nor consideration was offered for the inconvenience we suffered.
