I have been a long time customer of Dynasty Restaurant. The owner is not loyal and she is disrespectful. She did not recognize me at all and asked me I came from "FanTuan". I was simply surprised that she didn't recognize me considering I go...there every weekend, at least 1-2 times. I waited for over an hour to pickup food and ultimately they did not have food ready. When my family ordered the food, the restaurant told us that it would take 40 minutes. In totality I waited over an hour and left when I had enough. None of the waitresses tried to help me while waiting all this time standing at reception. The owner called my family and claimed that I was being sensitive and I left because the owner "joked" about not recognizing me. The owner of this restaurant is not trustworthy. I left because I waited there for over an hour without food being available. I am appalled by this owner.
