My daughter and I wanted to try a different pizza the other night and thought we would try Willows Pizza. Ordered over the phone and went to pick it up and the order got lost. Immediately they took responsibility, were very apologetic and said, "give...us 15 minutes and you get free pizza tonight". They had our order ready in 15 minutes, I tried to pay because it was no big deal but they wouldn't have it. We greatly appreciated their attitude and effort. The pizza was old school pizza, smothered in cheese and topping. When we walked away with the 2 mediums boxes my daughter actually commented on how heavy the pizzas were. Thank you Willows Pizza, we will be back!More
