We've ordered a few times from Lingnan for gluten-free dishes (in their case, gluten-aware as they do not guarantee no cross contamination) but in any case I have not had any gluten reactions so they are clearly doing something right. To place an order I...have called versus completing an online order. Every time the person assisting me is knowledgeable and advises if anything that was chosen would not work for gluten-free. They have been doing a great job for take out service. Now to the food - AMAZING!! To be able to order tasty gluten-free chinese food is a wonderful treat! Great, healthy size family style portions! Szechuan ginger beef, Kung pao chicken, chop sueys, chow meins (with rice noodles), fried rices -- everything has been super tasty and consistent each time. Thank you to Lingnan for providing gluten-free options. This has quickly become a favourite restaurant!More
