We started ordering from Mr. Mozzarella last spring when one of their local competitors raised prices, dropped food quality and forgot items on our orders 4 weeks in a row. Since then we've ordered pretty much the same thing every week from My Mozzarella. Close...by, quick delivery and great food (when we started) In the last month - order accuracy and food quality have dropped. Cost of doing business in Ontario? Maybe. Shouldn't be my problem when ordering food. This week we ordered lasagna, a donair and a meatball sub which, according to their website, contains "meatballs, fried onions and pizza sauce". What we got wasn't even listed on their menu. Tomatoes, Onions, No Cheese, No Pizza Sauce, and certainly no meatballs. The meat was flat, and fried, and tasted like donair meat. Amazingly enough we had a donair right there to compare and Look (see pics)! It WAS donair meat. When I called to let them know they had messed up our order AGAIN, I was accused of lying. "Thats not possible. We'll bring you another sub and take that one back. I want to see it." I wasnt waiting another 45 minutes for a sub. The lasagna: "With Meat Sauce and lots of cheese" came with a tomato paste sauce, no meat to speak of and very little cheese." This one was a surprise because the lasagna was always the best thing we ordered (from a pizza place....) This issue could be limited to the Woodroffe location. Order taking has been hit and miss, but this last order took the cake, and eliminated my desire to order here ever again. Try Barrhaven or Kemptville.....maybe you'll have better luckMore
