Was in Calgary for the weekend and came here twice for brunch! I had to try it out in the original city! The Yelp app made it so easy to add ourselves to the waitlist. We added ourselves when we woke up in the morning and by the time we got ready and walked over (we were staying downtown), we were next in line! The waitlist line was about an hour. Not bad at all! Especially compared to the 3hour+ line in Vancouver! On Saturday I went for the waterfowl (duck) benny. OMG serving it on a croissant instead of english muffin is GENIUS! It was tasty. The duckfat potatos were just as amazing as the OEB in Vancouver. My fiance had the farmer's omelette which was giant. He loved it. Both came with a side of fruit. On Sunday I ordered the golddigger bowl with half argula (I was smarter this time and didnt full potatoes. It's always just too much and I feel gross hahahaha) -- this was what I ordered my first time in Vancouver and I COULD NOT STOP THINKING ABOUT IT! My fiance got the simple french toast with whip syrup and fresh strawberries. We shared both. It was perfect.
