We ordered three servings of beef short-ribs on three separate occasions and only one serving arrived. After using the call waiter function on the tablet, we waited more than 10-15 minutes until we ended up calling one up in person instead. This one waiter, in particular, was very nice and comforting. I believe it was the kitchen's fault for our troubles.
