When we arrived, there was only one table of people and 3 people at the bar. A sign said to "wait to be seated". So we waited, and waited and waited, with no acknowlegement from the waitress behind the bar. When she finally glanced up,...we asked if we could seat ourselves..and we also had to get our own menus. My side salad with grilled chicken was good, but the broccolini we ordered arrived as broccoli. The staff person who had taken our order (and also looked like he was possibly the manager), said that is what they always serve as broccolini, but he had not made us aware of this when ordering. My husband's cobb salad had tiny amounts of blue cheese and bacon, about one ounce chicken and a large unappetizing swath of shredded cheddar cheese that must have come out of a plastic bag and it was way overdressed. When we brought this to the (manager...person who had delivered it)'s attention, he took it back to the kitchen, added EVEN MORE plastic cheddar cheese and a small bit more of blue cheese and bacon. No one returned to fill up our water glasses until we were almost done and never did clear our plates. I had to signal to get the waitress' attention for the bill. And by this time, there were only 4 other people in the restaurant. Some of the worst service we have ever had. AND to try to make it better, the manager gave us free appetizer coupons for a future visit....we turned them over to read the back...you have to spend $20 to get the free app!! We will never ever be back to this or any other Fionn MacCool's. The only reason we were even in this restaurant, is because it was in the hotel we stayed in after getting off a flight at 8pm and we were too tired to drive elsewhere.
