Food 4+ stars. Service & friendliness 0. Some of the best pho I’ve had BUT... the owner(?) who served us never greeted us when we arrived- in fact it was obvious we were a bother to him. Order was taken and part of order never...arrived. Other than some mumbling from him when we ordered that was the full extent of interaction. The entire time he was either on his cell phone or watching tv. Waited for check which never came so went to register which also must have been an inconvenience to him as I had to say “hello” for him to eventually turn around (he was seated on the opposite side of the counter- I could have tapped him on the shoulder)to take my money! Food delicious - service horrible.
