During a layover in Vancouver between a cruise and the Rocky Mountaineer we decided to treat ourselves to a meal with a view. The restaurant was quiet, probably to do with being an off season Sunday early evening. Service was great and food excellent. The...point of the visit was to experience the view. During the meal we revolved one and a quarter times and watched the sunset and clouds, low enough to obscure high buildings come and go. You also get access to the lookout as well if you dine.
