Regency Palace is a huge Chinese restaurant with a massive menu. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The lighting is what I would call “not romantic” in other words, very bright and about the same brightness as a Wal-Mart Store. The wine list...is longer than most Chinese restaurants, but the first two types that I requested were not available.
