I went to that restaurant to claim my coupon for free 6" sandwich that i got when i bought the $25 giftcard. that giftcard is given to me with the coupon. they have a promo when you buy $25 giftcard, you get 6" sub for...free. however, the crew that works there wont take my coupon and say i need to buy the gift card to redeem the coupon. i told him i already have the giftcard thats why i have this coupon. it even say on the coupon "thank you for purchasing the giftcard, heres a 6" sub free coupon". he insist that they dont take free coupon and that i need to buy the giftcard from them to redeem the free 6". apparently that guy dont know how coupons work. i even read him the "rules on how to redeem" on the back of the coupon. it says valid in all store in canada, ontario, manitoba, alberta, etc. but he insist on not taking the coupon. in short, that restaurant is isolated in all subway from around canada. they have their own rules that they wont take "free" coupons unless its theirs. they dont even try to compensate on what happen and the manager just told me, redeem it somewhere else. worst experience ever. wont go there ever again.
