We were a party of 14, so filled two full tables. Probably the first full house they have seen since Covid restrictions have been lifted. The show was fine but service lacking and that is disappointing as customers who should be getting both. Those in...our party who ordered non-finger food were told they ran out of forks. While a knife was provided to cut my steak, no fork ever was provided... eating steak and the coleslaw with my fingers was not enjoyable. Two in our party did not get their meals after patiently waiting. When finally asking where their food was.. response was " sorry, it got missed.. we are too close to the end of the entertainer... so nothing will be coming". For a business with this high repor... sorry is not acceptable. These are basic managerial responsibilities. no forks and no meal should not happen...and if it does... write the meal/drinks off for those inconvenienced.
