Reliable chain located in very small plaza with other restaurants. Some onsite parking otherwise free street parking. It was not busy on a Saturday lunch hour. I ordered the #2 steak and brisket pho which was fine. 3 choices in size of soup bowl so...you can adjust based on your hunger level. You can make into combo or add extra meat or noodle too.
