To preface, I have never been into afternoon tea; it's just not my thing. We ordered multiple take out tea sets for a party, it was great. The food is very convenient, it comes in individually wrapped boxes, very nice packaging, very aesthetically appealing. For...the price though, I don't think the value is there. There isn't a whole lot of food for the price, but if you like a light snack, sure. The food tasted good anyways. The tea to go was super inconvenient. The loose tea leaves come in a bag, which you then have to put into an open tea bag (imagine leaves floating around in your tea), and then put it in the cup and then pour hot water over it. I mean come on. I'm not going to go through the trouble. Thank goodness they offer to brew it for you. The tea itself tasted like tea, but they do have a lot of flavors, and mine certainly tasted like what was advertised. Other pros - they have vegan tea sets, which not all high tea places have. They can provide everything you need for take out - cups, cutlery, milk, sugar. We ordered a couple days ahead and they were very organized, on time, and everything was well packaged. Overall, I'd recommend if you like this sort of thing.
