This was the worst restaurant experience, I had for years! For a number of days, I thought I would like to try out the Pho Duy Vietnamese Restaurant since I was visiting Vancouver for a few weeks. From the other side of the street, the...restaurant appears to be barred & locked up like a fortress! Everyday while exploring the city; I would walk past this restaurant. Unfortunately, I noticed on the door of the restaurant that it was only opened between the hours of 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Then last Saturday, I made an effort to arrive there early effort for a lunch! The place was packed with only local Vietnamese diners. I waited for at least 10 minutes or more to get someone attention to either let me know how long I might have to wait or whether I could come back a little later; I felt like I was invisible and wrote it up as a very bad experience!More
