Dining at Cathedral is a special experience. The lodge, deep in the forest along the Kicking Horse River, is beautifully situated with a lovely view. Inside, the high vaulted wooden beam ceilings are impressive while the large windows allow in lots of light. A large fireplace and comfy cottage-style furniture give the room a cozy intimate feeling. The menu is above average and we loved the items we ordered. The service staff are attentive and freindly. Its a great option if you are staying at Cathedral, otherwise it is well worth the drive. It is a small dining room so reservations are a good idea.
