The first time we passed by Sushi Taxi, we thought it was actually a taxi company. But the second time, we saw people eating and realized it's a restaurant. It's tiny. . .only three tables. . .but the sushi was magnificent and Lucie, the waitress...(and an owner, I think) was delightful. On our first trip there, we had their Shogun platter. It had 9 different types, several with multiple pieces of each. The presentation was stunning and each type was more wonderful than the last. The plate came with either a spring roll or soup. . .we went for the spring roll. On our second visit (the next day!), we left the selection to Lucie and the chef. The types were different but equally tasty and visually appealing (see the photo). In addition to sushi, they also have poke bowls which sounded good but we were there for the sushi. For Quebec City, it was not outrageously expensive and I would recommend Sushi Taxi to all sushi lovers. C'est merveilleux!More
