I enjoy “Cora’s” now and then as a Treat. It’s more of a “High-end” priced Breakfast Restaurant without the “Filet-mignon”. It’s a simple restaurant, with wall decor representing different menu items. The food overall, is good, but I find them more on the high price...side, compared to other “breakfast” restaurants. The eggs are very small though, compared to other breakfast restaurants. Not your typical Large or extra-large size eggs you would make at home, or receive in other breakfast restaurants. The blueberry pancakes are delicious and a must try. The waffles are nice for kids, that offer a variety of toppings. So if your looking for a hearty eggs and bacon meal, I would skip this place, you won’t find this here. It’s not your typical “truck driver stop” breakfast place. It’s more of a family/ ladies restaurant. The blueberry pancakes they offer are delicious, “a must have” every time I come. They are on the “Cheaper” side when it comes to the home style potatoes that’s given with your meal, compared to other restaurants. Portion size overall- it’s not very generous for what you pay. The so-called “Fresh-fruit” is Not fresh at the best of times. I do find the Fruit portion they place on the plates is extremely “Over ripped” to almost, border-line “Rotten” and there has been times, un-edible, I won’t lie. As if purchased, on the discounted “Second” shelf life at the grocery store. Overall the “Cooked” food is good, but priced way too high. There is a lot to choose from. They do offer health conscious menu items for those who are watching their diet, and who do not want eggs, bacon or sausage. But it does come with a heavy price tag. And also, There is no refill’s for juice. Sometimes, I find the wait times for service, or for our food is a little long. They should hire extra wait staff, as it does get busy around between 11:30-1:30 on typical week day. Even crazier on weekends. They are only open to mid day about 3pm. So long for “breakfast” for supper. My bill on average- My daughter (who is under 10) and for myself typically spend around $40 -$45 dollars here with drinks. Usually, other breakfast restaurants we ate at, with the same style of breakfast and same type of drinks, I spend around $20 to $25. That is why eating here is a twice a year is a treat. Hope you enjoyed my review.
