While searching for open restaurants in the Waterton area, the Thirsty Bear popped up with the option to make reservations. We did. And then we drove out to Waterton. And then saw that the restaurant was completely boarded up and not open for the season. Um, maybe, shut off your reservations system when you shut down for the season? Luckily the Red Rock Trattoria was open, we were able to get in right away and had an amazing Italian meal there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal in Waterton.
