It used to taste good and my wife and I go there often, but not now... I brought my parents to visit the shop. We ordered matcha, but it has a fishy-like strange taste. The cashier was not well trained and did not ask carefully...before giving us an cold drink. (We ordered two drink, after I know she did one with ice and asked her, she still gave us one without ice, but still cold). The service is very non-professional. After that, I request to change the drink, but get refused. This is the worst experience I have ever had with restaurants/cafe in Vancouver-- my parents were still complaining about my choice. Will not go there any more!More
