Eariler this evening I ordered an “Orleans Fave” pizza from Gabriel Pizza in Orleans. I foolishly ordered it online which was my first mistake. The pizza was just delivered and it was CHEESELESS!!! The Orleans Fave is a pizza featuring bacon strips, mozzarella plus EXTRA...mozzarella. When I opened the box, there was absolutely no cheese on it. Who eats a pizza without cheese? I paid $30 for this pizza. I called Gabriel’s and requested a replacement pizza which included cheese. Why would I order a pizza with extra mozzarella and then specify that I wanted no cheese. Doesn’t make sense. In any event, the manager decided that they would not replace my pizza so my family had toast for dinner. I have been a long time customer of Gabriel’s, however, tonight’s escapade will ensure that I never order from this establishment again. I will also discourage anyone else from ordering from Gabriel’s. Come on Gabriel, you could have replaced my pizza easily! Sadly, I’m done with you.
