My wife and I had our daughter and her partner over for breakfast yesterday as it was our wedding anniversary. We ordered from Tutti Frutti on Merivale (close to the office) as we had previously been quite happy with their franchise in Aylmer. 3 out...of the 4 dishes ordered were correct but mine wasn't even close to what I had ordered. When I called the restaurant about the error I had the misfortune of dealing with someone named Bruce who purported to be one of their managers. His attitude was surly and hostile and all he kept repeating was that we had to deal with UberEats for a refund. He would not listen, would not apologize and couldn't get it through his head that I didn't want a refund - I wanted my breakfast. Furthermore when my wife left a poor review on Google they doubled down telling her that I had been verbally abusive and threatening on the phone (despite the fact that the call was on speakerphone with all 4 of us present) Worst. Service. Ever.
