La Sauvagine is what you’d imagine encountering while in a French village. It’s gorgeous little bistro with attentive staff and a very traditional country menu. From escargot and terrine to start to wild boar stew or duck confit as your main course you cannot go...wrong. Experiment and enjoy. The wild board in the port wine reduction was flavorful, but not gamy and tender tender tender. The local aperitif wines to start as perfection. End the evening with portuguese Delta coffee and a scrumptious dessert. Take your time and enjoy the conversation with the very experienced and attentive wait staff. Bon apetite!More
