Went the this McDonald’s as we were all hungry. Couldn’t hear the person on the intercom clearly as there was someone working the intercom that cannot clearly speak English. Got to the window and asked for a packet of bbq sauce. Instead of just putting...it in the bag they charged us 25 cents per extra one and 35 cents for some Mac sauce. I never had to pay for an extra one before. What ever happened to them throwing in condiments in without even asking? Whatever, everything is about over charging and not trying to get customers to come back. After that, we noticed after leaving we didn’t get all of our food. Went back in line (cause of Covid the stores closed) waited in line, spoke to the employee who acted as if she didn’t know what was going on. Asked to speak to a manager. Now keep in mind that I do like that they employ all nationalities. I could not understand him as well. Then he gave us the wrong store number and he didn’t seem to have any customer service skills at all. Didn’t apologize and when he seemed frustrated just handed us the missing food. Beware of this establishment, they can’t seem to get anything right.
