Pacific poke had remained one of my go-to’s for my poke fix. They have fresh ingredients and creative toppings. I usually build my own poke when I go. My typical bowl starts with half rice and half kale, followed by ahi tuna, negitoro, and spicy...salmon. I follow that with seaweed, spicy seaweed, pickled red onions, wasabi crunch, cilantro, and crispy onions. I also get their citrus mayo and ludicrous hot sauce. Their ludicrous hot sauce is so hot, they only put two lines when you ask for it, I always push for a few more. One time they gave me some in a small container. I was quite happy, but man was it spicy. It is self serve style, and they’re busy during lunch times. Reminds me of subway but poke bowls.
