I am an ominivore. I love to eat. However, I have been making healthier choices lately and in my research I heard about this gem and decided to check it out. I dragged my very carnivore husband with me. I was happy to see that...the place was busy. Thats a good sign. The resturant is small. Seating is limited but its bright, simple and very clean. From the seating portion to the front counter/hot food covered buffet to the back where the cooking/preparing is done was so clean. I was ready to order one time. We had the Pong's special which that day included macaroni pie, stew peas, basmati rice and kidney beans, callallo, steamed bamee and okra, curry pumpkin and lima beans, tvp, plaintain and sliced avocado. So much variety. Flavourful, filling and fresh. My husband, the carnivore, devoured his food not a morsel was left. He had soursop and I had raspberry mint juice to wash it all down and for desert on the way home sweet potato pone/pudding. The service was exceptional. We'll definately be back!More
