By all accounts the place looks great. Staff is super friendly, and it’s got great parking. I made reservations on a wed night, glad I did. We were a table of 6. Staff was attentive. Helpful. Quick. I ordered a rib and steak combo with...garlic mash. Others ordered the ribs and sweet potato fries, another ordered pasta and shrimp. Honestly, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of meat on the ribs. The sauce was ok. Sweet and tangy. The menu said these ribs were smoked for 8 hours. Maybe, but the meat was a bit tough and there just wasn’t much on the bone. Also the bone was rock hard as if over grilled and dipped in a ton of bbq sauce to compensate for the quality of the meat. I tasted sauce mostly, not the meat. Garlic mash didn’t taste like garlic. The sweet potato fries were very good. I tried the shrimp pasta. Shrimps were good. Fresh. Caesar Salad, not great, soggy, not much to distinguish it as a Caesar salad other than croutons. I also had the 8 ounce sirloin. No steak spices added. Just pepper. It was cooked very well, perfect, nice and tender, but the meat also had little taste. Not sure where they get their meat, maybe they need to reconsider their butcher. We had a terrible red wine. Too tough, too tight. That’s not the restaurant’s fault. That was my cousin’s. I followed up with a single malt. I hope they get better ribs.
