This restaurant been in Kerrisdale for few years ,I all way love to try it out for long time ,have a business meeting in the area ,(Realty Company just few mins walk ) drop in for lunch three of us ,, not much of decor...,but clean and spacious ,we fell very comfortable with their safety plan , you place your order at the front counter and them sit down , it is open kitchen ,and you can see the cooks making the noodle ! wow ,may be the current pandemic ,the place is EMPITY ! their signature dish is Beef Noodle , ,but I was very disappointing to say the whole bowl looks furry ,first they sever the beef in a cubes not slice ???? the broth have no perk me up feeling , very bland taste with a lot of spacy flavour , good portion for lunch ,my other friend had the lamb fried noodle ,looks good but smell very gamey ! and the Chicken Wings is excellent ,if you are not piggy like me ,it is okay place for lunch ,your stomach will thank you for it ! not much for me , a lot of restaurants claim the word "Lanzhou Style " but they are not 100% ,special the broth ! I can tell with over 50 yrae in the restaurants business !More
