We went to Enat Buna (Mother of Coffee) for a late lunch/early dinner. We can't say enough about these beautifully spiced and presented Ethopian specialties, such as Doro Wat (chicken) and Beg Tips (lamb). The injera is made fresh daily and the coffee is beyond...compare. Fasil was very helpful and shared information about the history, culture, language and how the food is prepared. There are vegan and vegetarian options.
