Went to The Roy just as restaurants opened for in-door dining again. Oh, how I missed this pub. The vibe was the same, the food was fantastic and the staff haven't missed a beat. So glad to see some familiar faces and so very happy...to find the beer cold, the food excellent and the atmosphere warm. There are some changes - fewer tables and some new partitions to manage Covid condtions, so I also felt safe. Just go - it's my favourite pub on Queen Street.
